The NMT engine, built to live inside your monitor.
Xenith is Xavant's quantitative neuromuscular monitoring, delivered as a module you embed in your own patient monitor. The same engine trusted in 57 countries, now a 50 gram board inside your platform. Your screen shows the result, and our engine measures it.
AMG and EMG on one 50 g board, 68 × 56 mm, with One Touch NMT, an SDK and an evaluation kit.
Xenith integrated NMT moduleThe same engine as the Stimpod™ NMS450X+Ship quantitative NMT monitoring in your next release, without spending years building it.
Quantitative neuromuscular monitoring is a decade of signal processing, clinical validation and regulatory groundwork. Xenith is all of it, as a component. You integrate one proven module instead of starting a monitoring program from nothing.
Your brand stays on the product, and the validated engine comes ready.
Our engine, inside your monitor's shell.
The module docks into your monitor, in and out as the case demands. Your clinicians see one new line on the screen they already use: a validated train-of-four, live, with no device to learn.
- One Touch NMT. Full-case monitoring from electrode placement to extubation. No calibration step.
- AMG or EMG, chosen per case. One module carries both sensor modalities, so your customers pick the right one at the bedside.
- Straight to the record. Results stream into the same chart your platform already writes to.
Shown: the Xenith module and the board it carries. Theatre scene for illustration.
The only integrated module that speaks both sensor languages.
Every case is different. Xenith is the only integrated NMT module built to support both acceleromyography and electromyography, so the choice stays at the point of care instead of in the purchase order.

Acceleromyography
A reusable accelerometer sensor, the cost-effective default. Monitor at the ulnar, posterior tibial or facial nerve, ideal for open-arm setups. One sensor, many cases.
Reusable sensor · open arm · ulnar, posterior tibial or facial nerve

Electromyography
A disposable ripple-design electrode, patented to fit either hand. The answer for tucked-arm, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, where the arm is out of reach. Peak-to-peak and area-under-curve detection.
Single-use electrode · tucked arm · robotic and laparoscopic cases
One board drives both
No second module, no second integration. The same Xenith engine drives both, so a hospital can standardise on one platform and still choose the modality each patient needs.
Engineering to engineering.
The Xenith integration path has three stages: evaluate the module on your bench, integrate it over the SDK, and certify the finished monitor in your configuration.
Evaluate it on your bench
Two development kits with the SDK application, plus engineering support hours. Prove Xenith against your architecture before you commit a line of firmware.
Integrate the core
The module goes in behind your display. Your interface, our validated signal. Existing designs and new ones integrate the same way.
Certify the finished monitor
You certify the finished monitor in your configuration. We hand over the pack to support your submission: RoHS declaration, clinical evaluation and risk evaluation.
Xenith is a component, not a standalone medical device, and holds no clearance of its own. Regulatory clearance belongs to the finished monitor, certified by you, backed by our evidence and our engineers.
We walk the road with you.
Three engagement models, from first bench evaluation to market launch. Each one builds on the last, so you take on only as much support as the stage needs.
